- *Your Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:
- **Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve their questions or concerns**
- **Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues**
- **Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate**
- **Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments**
- **Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes**
- **Provide feedback on call issues**
- **Upsell if required**

- **Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment**
- **6 months Customer service experience preferred**
- **Over 18 years of age**
- **Ability to type 25 wpm**
- **High School Graduate or GED**
- **Comfort with desktop computer system**
- **Proven oral & written communication skills**
- **Logical problem-solving skills**
- **Ability to navigate Windows operating systems**
- **Organization and work prioritization skills**

To ensure a seamless remote experience, we require:
- **Internet Requirements**: A minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 Mbps.
- **ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms**
- **Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN**
