  • Ensure correct authorization is received, recorded, and saved on all requests
  • Conduct account analysis and reviews, providing proposals to customers as needed
  • Follow up with businesses to document their experience with service
  • Collaborate with Cellular Sales B2B representatives to ensure optimal care for our customers
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Experience with face-to-face or telephone sales preferred
  • Experience with customer service over the phone preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Adaptability, attention to detail, customer focus, organizational awareness, planning and organizing, and written communication skills

This is a full-time position, with a standard schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. However, we offer flexible work arrangements, and you may be required to work outside of these hours to meet the needs of our customers.
