As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to incoming contacts from consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud. You will provide educational materials, referrals, and exceptional customer service while documenting consumer complaints into a secure database.   • *Primary Responsibilities**
  • Respond to inbound calls from consumers affected by identity theft and consumer fraud
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Document consumer data into a secure web application, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Provide education and referrals related to identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable federal laws
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experience
  • *Minimum Required Qualifications**
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Excellent computer and typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, which may take 7-60 days to complete; candidates cannot start in this role until the clearance process is complete
  • Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken); additional compensation may be considered for those who pass the bilingual assessment
  • *Desired Qualifications**
  • Prior call center experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Customer service experience, with a strong understanding of federal laws and regulations
  • General knowledge of federal law, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a customer-facing role
