As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding and resolving general customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat functions
  • Documenting all interactions to ensure accurate and efficient communication
  • Educating callers on eligibility, benefits claims payments, and authorizations
  • Assisting callers with locating network dentists or assignment to primary care dentists
  • Delivering high-quality customer service support to meet and exceed member expectations
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • **Bilingual skills in Spanish**: You must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse member base.
  • **Call center experience**: A minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a call center environment or customer service/support role is required.
  • **Technical skills**: You'll need to be proficient in operating a computer and have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • **Excellent communication skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • **Ability to learn and adapt**: You'll need to be able to learn and adapt quickly to our fast-paced production environment and changing priorities.
  • *Schedule**

As a remote, temp-to-hire Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be required to work the following schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, PST, with one hour for lunch
  • During open enrollment (November 1st - January 1st), you'll be required to work one Saturday per month (lower call volume)
