• *Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, using a guide to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
• Resolving technical issues and answering customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or a comparable technology, is preferred
• Offering additional products and services to customers, while maintaining a customer-centric approach

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
