  • *Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • **Fielding Customer Inquiries**: You'll be responsible for fielding customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and social media, and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
  • **Connecting with Customers**: You'll connect with customers to resolve their questions or concerns, and provide feedback on call issues.
  • **Escalating Interactions**: You'll escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, and respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
  • **Tracking Call Information**: You'll track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • **Meeting Sales Objectives**: You'll meet sales objectives as defined.
  • *Qualifications**

  • **Bilingual Spanish/English**: You'll need to be fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • **6 Months Customer Service Experience**: You'll need at least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • **Over 18 Years of Age**: You'll need to be over 18 years of age.
  • **Ability to Type 30 Wpm**: You'll need to be able to type 30 words per minute.
  • **High School Graduate or GED**: You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • **Comfort with Desktop Computer System**: You'll need to be comfortable using a desktop computer system.
  • **Proven Oral & Written Communication Skills**: You'll need to have proven oral and written communication skills.
  • **6 Months Call Center Experience**: You'll need at least 6 months of call center experience.
  • **Logical Problem-Solving Skills**: You'll need to have logical problem-solving skills.
  • **Availability to Work Various Shifts**: You'll need to be available to work various shifts.
  • **Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems**: You'll need to be able to use Windows operating systems.
  • **Organization and Work Prioritization Skills**: You'll need to have organization and work prioritization skills.
  • **6 Months Sales Experience**: You'll need at least 6 months of sales experience.
  • **Able to Work Independently**: You'll need to be able to work independently.
