  • 2 years of earlier marketing/project/communications experience
  • 2 years of earlier management/leadership experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve business objectives
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to use sales software and tools to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
