  • *Job Summary**

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support while working from home. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing information section and patient enrollment tasks, adhering to state and government guidelines
  • Answering high-volume client requests, working under direct supervision
  • Observing guideline working methods and performing obligations as per arenaflex strategies and methodology
  • Utilizing arenaflex systems to gather patient and medication data
  • Handling patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for handling
  • Investigating to gather missing medication data, deciphering clinical shorthand forms (SIG codes), and settling all information section-related special cases
  • Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settling outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation
  • Settling Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as indicated by individual arrangement necessities
  • Providing support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas
  • Recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as fitting
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school certificate or GED
  • Essential level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online)
  • Essential web search tools skills (e.g., opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, exploring using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online)
  • Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports)
  • Ability to communicate in writing and verbally
  • 18 years old or older
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification office
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Halfway to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
