As a Chat Brand Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Being a brand ambassador, sharing your love and expertise for the game and brand with customers
• Owning and using our brand's products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and technologies
• Familiarizing yourself with our brand site and media, as well as competitor products and services
• Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide informed recommendations to customers
• Demonstrating empathy and understanding in stressful situations, providing a positive and supportive experience for customers

• *Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A passion for online gaming and a strong understanding of the gaming industry
• Experience setting up and using wired and wireless headsets, as well as a familiarity with gaming consoles (Xbox, PlayStation, and/or Nintendo)
• Proficiency in modern technology, including web search and navigation
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to type at least 35 wpm and communicate clearly in text form
• A strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment
