As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing information in Vehicle Service Contract and claims system to advise customers on benefit amounts
• Requesting and distributing internal information to aid Claims Adjudication Department
• Responding to phone and email inquiries, providing information and explanations on contract coverage and claims processes
• Managing workflow, processing, and completing requests and documents according to established procedures
• Collaborating with team members, working effectively in a friendly team environment
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and communicating effectively with internal staff, upper management, and customers
• Other job duties as assigned

• *Key to Success**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• High school graduate or GED required
• Strong organizational and customer service skills, with ability to problem-solve and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office, with ability to learn new programs quickly and type at least 35 wpm
• Automotive Service Department experience preferred, but not required
