As an Account Supervisor within our RCES team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive commercial enterprise growth and excellence for Amazon seller partners. You'll work closely with our internal teams and Amazon's companies to identify opportunities, analyze performance drivers, and develop actionable plans to improve vendor performance and customer satisfaction.   • **Commercial Enterprise Growth**
  • + Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial enterprise growth and excellence for Amazon seller partners+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans to improve vendor performance and customer satisfaction+ Analyze performance drivers and develop metrics to measure success+ Manage and deliver against complex goals, balancing short-term promotional partner desires with long-term strategic funding+ Identify new opportunities across a large number of manufacturers and develop and execute mission plans
  • **Relationship Management**
  • + Build and cultivate relationships with dealers to your team's portfolio, including internal stakeholders+ Develop and maintain relationships with account managers to ensure expectations are met+ Conduct vendor delight surveys to investigate trends and set up improvement plans
  • **Process Excellence**
  • + Analyze patron feedback, market growth trends, and key metrics to contribute to strategic development of functions and programs that accelerate growth and improve selling partners' experience+ Identify areas of unnecessary process or inefficiency and work to simplify and optimize+ Develop and implement upgrades that benefit a large set of customers, such as riding efficiencies through equipment and procedures
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of client or seller-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze facts and exceptional practices to evaluate performance drivers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • *Desired Qualifications**
  • Experience aggregating and studying internal and external marketing campaign metrics to evaluate performance drivers and discover insights
  • Demonstrated track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with excellent verbal and written communication
