- *Join our dynamic team as a Contract Customer Service Representative and become an integral part of our member support and engagement efforts.** In this role, you'll engage with arenaflex members to help them find the right healthcare for their needs, understand how our program works, and assist them in getting their eligible claims paid. Your focus will be on member support via phone, chat, and email, making you the voice of arenaflex. As a passionate problem solver, you'll become an expert on our product, operations, and the needs of our members.

- Deliver exceptional service to our members via phone, chat, and email, providing education and guidance to help them understand and utilize their benefits and find the right provider for their needs.
- Follow documented best practices for handling member inquiries, suggesting process improvements as you identify them.
- Manage and organize your workload using our platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite.
- Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs.
- Retain a detail-oriented working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance.
- Relay member feedback to leadership teams to improve our solution.
- *Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Experience working in a customer-facing environment with demonstrated experience staying calm under pressure.

The non-negotiable salary range for this position is $17-19/hour.
