Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting customers to resolve documentation issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
  • Applying approved sales tax exemption certificates in our customized software, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations
  • Calculating and processing sales tax credits based on exemption documentation, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Collaborating with a cross-functional team of like-minded individuals to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • *Minimum Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
