As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and processes, and collaborate with management and other team members to proactively address service issues and concerns.

  • *Responsibilities**
  • Provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and meeting service standards.
  • Field between 75 to 100 calls per day, communicating effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.
  • Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services, and processes performed by the team.
  • Collaborate with management or other team members as appropriate to proactively address service issues and concerns.
  • Work from home in a designated quiet area, utilizing a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications to access our systems and tools.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to handle complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 1 year of experience in an office environment, with a strong focus on customer service and issue resolution.
  • 1 year of experience using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications, with a solid understanding of software and systems.
  • 6 months of experience working from home in a quiet area, with a reliable internet connection and a working device (such as a cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process.
  • High school diploma or GED, with a strong emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of life insurance and annuity policies.
  • 6 months of experience in a role that required attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work product.
  • 6 months of experience in a role that required effective communication (oral/written) in a professional/office setting.
