As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues. Your key responsibilities will include:

We're hiring for a range of shifts, including:

  • Monday-Friday 12p-9pm EST
  • Saturday and Sunday 10am-6:30pm
  • This job is 40 hours a week, with shifts usually consisting of 5 consecutive days on with 2 consecutive days off for 8-hour shifts. However, shifts can change to meet business needs, so it's essential that you have open overall availability
  • We pay shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked, ensuring that you're fairly compensated for your hard work
  • *Training and Development**

When you start, we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure that you're equipped to deliver exceptional results. Our training program includes:

  • A combination of virtual "class room" and "on the job" training that's typically 6 weeks long, but can vary depending on your needs and progress
  • Classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm EST, with a lunch break
