  • *Work from Home Customer Service Representative Opportunity**

We are seeking experienced and motivated Customer Care Representatives to join our team focusing on premier HR contact centers. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from our clients' employees to answer questions, provide education, and solve complex HR and financial issues related to their health care benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, etc.

  • *Responsibilities**
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls from our clients' employees to answer questions, provide education, and solve complex HR and financial issues related to their health care benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, etc.
  • Process transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections. This may include additional research and ongoing casework.
  • Leverage your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support. This may include assisting the caller in navigating the system as well.
  • Create and update files in our database and communicate with third parties to research and assist the customer with updates or inquiries.
  • *Key Skills and Qualifications**
  • **Telephone Etiquette**: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor over the phone.
  • **Active Listening**: Listen attentively to customers' concerns and respond accordingly.
  • **Adapting to Change**: Be flexible and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • **Basic Computer Skills**: Navigate multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support.
  • **Call Center Experience**: 2 years of experience in a call center environment is required.
  • **Empathy**: Demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with customers' concerns.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • **Years of Experience**: 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
  • **Experience Level**: Experienced.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • **Certifications**: Relevant certifications such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Manager (CCCM) are an asset.
