As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for our brand every single day.   • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and offer solutions to customer concerns
  • Utilize live chat and email to communicate with customers and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with new ideas
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • *Schedule:**
  • 4-day weekend shift schedule (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday)
  • 10-hour shifts per day (with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed)
  • Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
  • Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
  • Monday and Tuesday: 10-hour shifts between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
  • *Compensation and Benefits:**
  • Starting hourly rate: $16.00
  • $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
  • Quarterly bonus opportunities
  • 2 weeks paid time off per year

  • *Requirements:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong internet connection and quiet workspace required

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online retail industry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
