As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex services and policies
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful as a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
  • A quiet space within your home free of distractions to take incoming calls
  • Prior arenaflex experience (6 months or more)
