  • *Job Summary**

As a Customer Care & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling our Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call. You will engage with customers to understand their technology needs and sell protection/tech support solutions that meet those needs. You will be a key member of our team, working from the comfort of your own home to deliver a world-class customer experience.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Evaluate and assist with customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Sell arenaflex's smart home and other products on every call, meeting sales goals and objectives
  • Explain device capabilities, wireless carrier data product offerings, and company policies to customers
  • Meet goals and grow from feedback and coaching, escalating calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function when necessary
  • Provide accurate information and conduct yourself in a way that is consistent with arenaflex's values, listening to customers' needs and providing tailored solutions
  • *What You'll Bring to the Team**
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience and a desire to upsell to customers
  • Ability to retain knowledge, learning and memorizing product information and customer information
  • Attention to detail, providing care and attention to every customer issue
  • Friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor, projecting a warm and friendly attitude while exhibiting professionalism and respect
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to meet the needs of each customer and business needs
  • Organization and multitasking skills, able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills, able to efficiently resolve issues and meet customer expectations while maintaining a standard of quality customer service
  • Dedication and reliability, with a reliable track record in attendance and performance
  • Ability to spend 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer in a call center environment (noise levels, using headset 90% of the time)
  • Computer literacy, able to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software
  • Working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems (Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives

  • Required to work in a distraction-free workplace and meet the company's ergonomic standards
  • Must meet minimum internet speed requirements: 10 Mbps download speed / 5 Mbps upload speed
  • Must have a hard-wired internet connection (Wi-Fi or hotspots are not allowed)
