As a Customer Care Specialist in our North Region, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide accurate and effective solutions to customer issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide expert support
- Utilizing computer systems and software to manage customer interactions and data

- 6 months or more of customer service experience in a similar role
- Residency within the North Region (Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee)
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- High-speed internet connection (40mbps or higher)
