As a Customer Care Specialist in our North Region, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and effective solutions to customer issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide expert support
  • Utilizing computer systems and software to manage customer interactions and data
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience in a similar role
  • Residency within the North Region (Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • High-speed internet connection (40mbps or higher)

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
