As a Customer Data Platform Leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless data integration and customer profiling.
  • Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders on segment-building and RT-CDP platform best practices, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and a strong customer-centric approach.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency, with a strong commitment to safety, security, and data governance.
  • The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing demands, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
