  • *About the Role**

As a Customer Engineer - Exchange, you'll be a key technical resource for our enterprise customers in the legacy space. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering proactive services such as education workshops, assessments, and expert guidance to our customers
  • Previewing new technology before others in the industry and learning how to make the best use of it
  • Visiting customers to train them and share industry and development expertise
  • Building strong customer relationships and ensuring deliveries align with customer projects and milestones
  • Gaining access to expertise and support from our consulting practice and product groups
  • Continually learning and growing professionally
  • Analyzing problems and maintaining, and extending accreditations and certifications
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills and ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships
  • *Required Experience**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A deep understanding of Exchange server architecture (2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019) and Exchange Online
  • Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange server (2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019) and Exchange Online
  • Experience in designing and implementing services of MS Exchange server (2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019) such as High availability (DAG), Public Folders, Mail Flow, Disaster Recovery, Managed Availability, Messaging Policies, Compliance, Configuring Reporting & Logging, Mailbox migrations both on-prem and cloud
  • Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, providing best practice recommendations, guidance on clients, and supporting customers on their operations in Exchange environments which includes change, release, performance, and availability management
  • Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations
  • Deep understanding of SMTP
  • Experience and skills with Failover Clustering
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting
  • Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises environments

The salary for this position is between $95,000- $125,000 annually, depending on factors such as geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
