To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Prior experience working through a ticketing system, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
