As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, addressing account inquiries, and facilitating interdepartmental communication. Your daily tasks may include:

  • Handling billing inquiries and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Working through a ticketing system to efficiently manage and prioritize customer requests
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences and address customer needs
  • Providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating a high level of care and urgency in all interactions
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
  • *Required Skills & Experience:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fiber/wireless/voice internet service provider support environment
  • Prior experience working through a ticketing system and managing customer requests
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • *Nice to Have Skills & Experience:**

While not required, the following skills and experience would be beneficial:

  • Bilingual – Spanish
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
