+ Administrative support in campaign management, including briefing creation, address releases, and information provision+ Gutschein creation (stationary/online, international)+ Maintenance of the Loyalty Backoffice System+ Setting up new content and benefits+ Cost control+ Maintenance of the Gutschein website (CAMP Backoffice)+ Support in the execution and post-processing of sweepstakes

• Identifying and challenging existing processes, and proposing optimization suggestions

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A completed commercial education or equivalent background
• Ideally, you will have prior experience in the loyalty field or in retail/e-commerce
• Enjoy working in a digital environment (e.g., Confluence, Asana), with a solid understanding of the MS Office package and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools
• Be motivated by the fast-paced changes and technological advancements of an omnichannel retailer
• Demonstrate a self-reliant, result-oriented, and precise working style
• Possess English language skills
