As a Customer Loyalty Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our loyalty program, which is an integral part of our company's DNA and future strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Loyalty Managers in operational tasks and analyses, such as:
  • + Administrative support in campaign management, including briefing creation, address releases, and information provision+ Gutschein creation (stationary/online, international)+ Maintenance of the Loyalty Backoffice System+ Setting up new content and benefits+ Cost control+ Maintenance of the Gutschein website (CAMP Backoffice)+ Support in the execution and post-processing of sweepstakes
  • Acting as an internal interface, collaborating closely with other departments such as CRM, Marketing, Retail Operations, and Purchasing to ensure optimal coordination
  • Identifying and challenging existing processes, and proposing optimization suggestions
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed commercial education or equivalent background
  • Ideally, you will have prior experience in the loyalty field or in retail/e-commerce
  • Enjoy working in a digital environment (e.g., Confluence, Asana), with a solid understanding of the MS Office package and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools
  • Be motivated by the fast-paced changes and technological advancements of an omnichannel retailer
  • Demonstrate a self-reliant, result-oriented, and precise working style
  • Possess English language skills
  • Be open-minded, a true team player, and willing to work across departments
