- *Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Relations Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to pharmacy customers through inbound phone calls, emails, chats, and letters. You will serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, and interpreting company procedures and policies to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner. Your primary goal will be to delight our customers, upholding arenaflex's commitment to delivering responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a manner that reflects arenaflex's purpose and values
- Serve as a customer advocate, researching and resolving customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner
- Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer issues
- Utilize excellent communication skills to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing
- Toggle between different applications, utilizing strong PC skills and Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency
- Participate in paid company training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- *Required Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing
- Strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle between different applications
- Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency
- Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete paid company training program
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
- Prior inbound Call Center experience
- Previous experience working from home a plus
- Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience
- *Education**
- Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- *Work Schedule**
- Candidates must be available and flexible to work between the hours of 9am-8pm, Eastern Time
- Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
- This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, with days off may not be consecutive
- *Pay Range**
- The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $34.15
- The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors
