As a Delivery Experience Champion - Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through direct communication with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Upholding arenaflex values and maintaining a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
  • Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Composing grammatically correct and accurate written responses to customer issues.
  • Approaching problems logically and making quick, effective decisions on behalf of the customer.
  • Working a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week) to meet the demands of the role.
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs.
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools.

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
