- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Delivery Experience Champion - Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through direct communication with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Upholding arenaflex values and maintaining a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers in a clear and concise manner.

- Working a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week) to meet the demands of the role.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook.
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools.
