As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be working in designated retail locations, where it's convenient for our customers to pick up and return their packages. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with arenaflex. Some of your key duties may include:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions to their problems
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
• Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing

• **Dress code**: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units.
