As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences**: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
  • **Providing Efficient Checkout Service**: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, and recommend items for sale to customers.
  • **Maintaining Store Operations**: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
  • **Implementing Asset Protection Procedures**: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
  • **Ensuring Compliance**: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
  • **Constructing and Maintaining Displays**: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
  • **Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area**: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
  • **Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities**: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders (pick items), and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
  • **Maintaining Store Appearance**: Ensure clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • **Customer Service Experience**: 1+ year of customer service experience in a retail or healthcare environment.
  • **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and team members.
  • **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and answer questions.
  • **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
  • **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • **Basic Math Skills**: Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a cash register.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • **Retail or Healthcare Experience**: Experience working in a retail or healthcare environment.
  • **Customer Service Certification**: Customer service certification, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR).
