As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to providing outstanding care and wellness services to our customers. You'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.   • Adhere to high safety and regulatory standards, ensuring that all interactions with customers are conducted in a safe and compliant manner.

  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a call center or customer service role.
