As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
- Utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
- Providing support throughout the car buying journey, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
- Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to deliver an unrivaled customer service experience
- Mentoring others as your skillset expands
- Achieving sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
- Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, which may require testing and travel to apply for the license
