What You Will Do in This Role

As an Experienced Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll:

Handle inbound calls focusing on customer retention

Explain products and/or services to up sell and cross sell to new and current customers

Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer

Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services

Assist in correcting billing concerns

Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile

Your Qualifications

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and/or Call Centre experience) is beneficial

A High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

Eagerness to learn new technologies

Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications)

The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week
