As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to all inbound inquiries (phone, email, and chat) from applicants with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Providing technical assistance to applicants, allowing them to complete their applications with ease.
  • Navigating our computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to applicants' questions.
  • Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multi-tasking, as needed.
  • Building strong relationships with applicants through empathetic and personalized support.
  • Staying up-to-date on all arenaflex application programs to provide exceptional applicant support.
  • Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions to improve our processes.
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and support across all channels.
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Technical savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Ability to work with a high volume of activity (phone, email, and chat).
  • Bilingual abilities preferred, with proficiency in English and one or more of the following languages: Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • U.S. work authorization.
