  • Building strong interpersonal relationships with applicants, empathizing with their needs, and providing personalized support.
  • Staying up-to-date on all arenaflex application programs to provide excellent applicant support.
  • Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions to improve processes.
  • *Qualifications**

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
  • Technical savvy and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
