As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with applicants through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to all inbound inquiries from applicants with effective communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Providing technical assistance to applicants, allowing them to complete their applications efficiently and effectively.
  • Navigating our computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to applicants' questions, ensuring that their issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
  • Utilizing excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multi-tasking, as needed.
  • Developing strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to empathize with applicants from diverse backgrounds.
  • Staying up-to-date on all arenaflex application programs to provide exceptional applicant support.
  • Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions to improve our processes and services.
  • *Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to adapt your communication style to meet the needs of diverse applicants.
  • Technical savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Strong ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds.
