As a Customer Service Representative - arenaflex Agent Team Member, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries and providing policy information in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting clients with policy changes and updates, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to their coverage
  • Processing insurance claims and following up with clients to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and correspondence
  • Coordinating with other agency team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Anticipating the needs of our clients and proactively offering solutions to meet their evolving needs
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Multiline existing customers, ensuring a seamless experience across all products and services
  • Adding and making changes to policy accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating with clients to ensure timely meetings and consultations
  • Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing policy reviews and recommendations to clients, ensuring they have the right coverage for their needs
  • Onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
  • Assisting customers in the claims journey, providing guidance and support throughout the process
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong knowledge of ECRM and NECHO, with the ability to navigate and utilize these systems effectively
  • Active insurance license, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services
  • Strong organization and implementation of BOD procedures, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
  • Strong understanding of navigating Underwriting, with the ability to interpret and apply underwriting guidelines
  • Detailed note-taking skills, with the ability to accurately record and document customer interactions
  • Separate working room or home office, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions
  • Strong knowledge of Billing and Payments, with the ability to process and manage customer payments
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex insurance products and services, with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals
  • MUST HAVE arenaflex EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED

  • Part-time employment considered, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability
