As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone (inbound and outbound), email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is professional, timely, and tailored to their needs.

Before transitioning to a remote work environment, you'll spend the first week of your position in our office, where you'll receive comprehensive training and onboarding. This will include:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Live in the state of Kansas

  • Be available to work a standard 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
