- *Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Data Entry Remote Jobs at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing arenaflex's solution information entry techniques and rules processes new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system.
- Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing.
- Investigating to acquire missing medication data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
- Settling all information entry related to special cases.
- Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and resolving outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed.
- Settling Outsider Exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual plan requirements.
- Settling phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Exceptions.
- Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.
- Identifying and communicating issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online).
- Basic web search skills to include opening a program, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
- Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally.
- 18 years old or older.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment.
- At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
- Middle to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents).
- Familiarity with Spanish and English.
