We're seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (Concierge Associate) to join our member services team and digitally engage with members (users) and help them find the right healthcare for their needs. This role's focus is on member support via phone, chat, and email. As a Concierge Associate, you'll serve as the voice of arenaflex, providing quality service and helping people solve their problems. You'll become an expert on arenaflex's product, operations, and the needs of our members. For the strongest candidates, this is a jumping-off point to grow within the company.

  • *About the Role**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering amazing service to our members via phone, chat, and email, offering education and guidance to help them understand their benefit and find the right provider. You'll follow best practices for handling member inquiries, suggesting improvements as needed, and maintaining a high level of organization within arenaflex's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite. You'll also relay member feedback to product and operations teams to improve arenaflex's solution, triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs, and maintain a detail-oriented working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance.

We're looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree, a passion for helping people solve their problems, and an ability to think creatively and empathetically while staying calm under pressure. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of process-orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness.
