We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative (Concierge Associate) to join our member services team and digitally engage with members (users) to help them find the right healthcare for their needs. As a Concierge Associate, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and support to our members via phone, chat, and email. This role offers a unique opportunity to become an expert on arenaflex's product, operations, and the needs of our members, with a strong potential for career growth and advancement within the company.

  • *About the Role**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering amazing service to our members, offering education and guidance to help them understand their benefit and find the right provider. You'll work closely with our product and operations teams to improve our solution and ensure that our members receive the best possible experience. This role requires a high level of organization, digital literacy, and resourcefulness, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • *Responsibilities**
  • Deliver exceptional service to our members via phone, chat, and email, offering education and guidance to help them understand their benefit and find the right provider
  • Follow best practices for handling member inquiries, suggesting improvements as needed
  • Maintain a high level of organization within arenaflex's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite
  • Relay member feedback to product and operations teams to improve arenaflex's solution
  • Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs
  • Maintain a detail-oriented working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Passion for helping people solve their problems, with an ability to think creatively and empathetically and stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of process-orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness
