We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative (Concierge Associate) to join our member services team. As a Concierge Associate, you'll digitally engage with members, providing exceptional support and guidance to help them find the right healthcare for their needs. This role is a critical part of our mission to improve the healthcare system, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering quality service and helping people solve their problems.

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our organization, interacting with members via phone, chat, and email. You'll become an expert on our product, operations, and the needs of our members, providing education and guidance to help them understand their benefits and find the right provider. This role is a jumping-off point for growth within the company, and we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills.

  • *Responsibilities**
  • Deliver exceptional service to our members via phone, chat, and email, offering education and guidance to help them understand their benefits and find the right provider
  • Follow best practices for handling member inquiries, suggesting improvements as needed
  • Maintain a high level of organization within arenaflex's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite
  • Relay member feedback to product and operations teams to improve arenaflex's solution
  • Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs
  • Maintain a detail-oriented working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Passion for helping people solve their problems, with an ability to think creatively and empathetically and stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of process-orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness
