- *Job Role:**
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring seamless operations within our Residential Department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer database records using Service Titan, our customer relationship management software
- Making daily outbound phone calls to customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and gather feedback
- Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
- Collaborating with the dispatch team to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, HVAC, and plumbing
- *Schedule:**
Our flexible schedule allows for a great work-life balance:
- Wednesdays: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- *Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous call center experience, with a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 70 words per minute
- Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with major cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to maintain detailed records in our customer database (Service Titan)
