  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to exhibitor logistical questions and inquiries via phone, live chat, or email, providing timely and accurate solutions to ensure a seamless event experience.
  • Utilizing on-the-job training to create a web-based portal for exhibitors to access event-specific information, requiring attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Creating and executing exhibitor communications for assigned events, including email campaigns, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
  • Assisting with the collection of sponsorship deliverables for events, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials.
  • Performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, project coordination, and other duties as assigned.
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an event-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • Strong time management skills, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Multicultural experience and/or written and/or verbal multilingual language skills, especially fluent.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with event management software and systems.
