We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, support, and software training to our clients. Prior experience in gym management at a fitness center is required, and great people skills are essential for resolving customer issues. This is a fully remote/work-from-home position, offering flexible hours and a competitive compensation package.

  • *Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls, emails, and website chats promptly and professionally
  • Assisting customers with inquiries and issue resolution
  • Handling customer complaints with empathy and patience
  • Training new customers on how to use the software via WebEx
  • Guiding new customers through the onboarding process, reminding them of their next step to complete in the onboarding checklist
  • Assisting in maintaining, updating, and creating Knowledge Base articles as needed
  • Communicating and working effectively with the Sales Team and Development Team
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in managing a gym or fitness business (required)
  • Strong people skills to resolve customer issues
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Must be a resident of Nevada, with Las Vegas preferred
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, preferably WebEx
