Position Overview: Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to support our growing operations needs. This role is critical to our success, as you will be responsible for scheduling shifts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various human resources functions within our healthcare services division.
This is a 100% remote position based in India (pan India), offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to a globally recognized healthcare organization. You will be working the US day shift, which is from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM India Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare staffing services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Schedule and Coordinate Activities: Manage the day-to-day scheduling of healthcare workers, ensuring that all shifts are properly staffed and that client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Caregiver Screening and Hiring: Participate in the screening and hiring process for new caregivers, evaluating candidates to identify the best talent for our growing team.
- Team Communication: Communicate regularly with field staff, developing strong interpersonal relationships that promote the employer's brand and ensure we retain the best healthcare professionals in the industry.
- Staffing Client Shifts: Expertly match the most suitable caregiver with each client based on skills, experience, and compatibility to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Relationship Building: Take initiative to build strong rapport and professional relationships with US-based team members, fostering collaboration across time zones.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role is required. Previous experience in healthcare staffing or coordination is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills are absolutely essential. You must come from an English medium educational background and demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with US-based clients and team members.
