As a Homeowner Services Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to homeowners across Texas and Arizona. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to inbound calls, emails, and chats from homeowners
  • Resolving complex problems quickly and efficiently
  • Providing accurate and timely information to homeowners
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners across Texas and Arizona
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolve complex problems quickly and accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Experience in a HOA management or property management company
  • Knowledge of homeowner association operations and regulations
