We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Customer Care Center, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials
  • Guiding customers through the ordering procedure online
  • Addressing and resolving post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
  • Utilizing a range of software tools to address client inquiries
  • Working with outside shipping contractors to resolve domestic and international concerns
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve department goals and objectives
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school graduation or its equivalent
  • Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries
  • Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities
  • Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings
  • A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service
  • A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian
  • Experience working in a luxury fashion or e-commerce environment
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and styles
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Our call center is open every day from 7 am to 9 pm, and we require flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
