As a Member Solutions Advocate, you'll work out of our Rockland headquarters, assisting members via telephone with a wide range of needs. From loan payments and balance inquiries to opening new accounts and troubleshooting website issues, you'll be the go-to expert for all things arenaflex. Our fast-paced environment requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to pivot seamlessly from one transaction to another. - Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex members via telephone, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

- *Essential Qualifications:**
