  • *Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative - Membership Development, you'll be responsible for receiving and successfully resolving member service requests via the telephone or internet. You'll possess the skill sets to achieve proficiency in two other business lines within the MSC, mediating requests for service, and selling and promoting various products and services. You'll be empowered to make service-policy exceptions on the member's behalf from an MRM perspective, ensuring member retention and satisfaction.

  • Receive and successfully resolve member service requests via the telephone or internet
  • Mediate requests for service and possess the skill sets to achieve proficiency in two other business lines within the MSC
  • Sell and promote various products and services to meet member needs
  • Empowered to make service-policy exceptions on the member's behalf from an MRM perspective, ensuring member retention and satisfaction
  • Meet goals at the minimum standard/threshold by the end of the 90-day training period

  • *What You'll Do**
  • Work directly with customers through inbound phone calls, ranging from helping customers maintain their memberships to calculating DMV registration fees
  • Listen and understand customer issues, while offering meaningful solutions and proactively offering valuable arenaflex products and services to meet their needs
  • Actively listen and engage members and fellow team members with a "can-do" attitude
  • Be open to training, coaching, and development leading to positive career growth
  • *What You'll Need**
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Must live within a 30-mile radius of the training location (1225 S Freeport Pkwy, Coppell, TX 75019)
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency using computers while actively listening, both for data entry and complex computer navigation
  • A flexible, "can-do" attitude to navigate our ever-changing environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
