As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Office Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our team members.   • *Roles and Responsibilities**

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
  • Supervising members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance
  • Managing agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management
  • Managing emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
  • Supporting bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company
  • Creating and updating databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data
  • Tracking and replacing office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
  • Submitting reports and preparing proposals and presentations as needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least two years of progressively responsible clerical experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
